Our Story

Aspen Hill Farm is operated by mother and daughter team, Kathleen and Sharri Harfman. We have been raising high-quality and delicious food on our acreage in Beaverly for many years. Kathleen is passionate about farming and Sharri loves gardening, so we combined our skills and specialize in growing microgreens and farm fresh eggs.

We are especially excited about our microgreens because we are able to grow chemical-free greens 365 days per year, right here in Prince George. That is quite unique in our climate. We are proud to be part of the local food system and sell microgreens to local restaurants and at the Prince George Farmer’s Market every Saturday throughout the summer. During the winter, we move indoors at the market and are there every second week.
